We will repair or remake faulty item within 30 days of purchase at our discretion. Any repairs after the 30 days will incur a cost depending on the conditions on the item. Please note that the jewellery must be completely returned to us with their original packaging. This should protect the goods to be returned against damage during transport.
All returns must be accompanied by their invoice and your contact details. Please send the item to the following address and keep the dispatch receipts for any potential queries. As Tiny Touch is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
